Best Meatballs

Adapted from Giada Turkey Meatballs

Best Meatballs

1 lb pork
1 lb 90% lean beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup parm

Mix crumbs, milk, egg and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add meat and mix well. Bake on a rack over a foil covered baking sheet, 375 for 25-30 min. Makes a huge batch, about 40. Freeze and reheat in sauce.
